Sheraton has managed rental properties in Chico and the surrounding communities since 1985. We work with owners of single-family homes, apartment communities, and commercial properties, handling the daily responsibilities while keeping owners involved in decisions that need their attention.
Our team reviews leasing activity, follows up on unpaid rent and maintenance, and checks property conditions regularly. Owners receive financial reports with notes explaining the month’s activity, significant expenses, and items we are working on. Residents have a local team to contact when they need help.
