Dan Herbert is a licensed real estate broker who has been a
member of the Chico business community for more than 30 years. Prior to his work
at Sheraton Real Estate Management, Dan was an executive with a regional bank,
headquartered in Chico, serving Northern and Central California. Sheraton
clients appreciate Dan’s extensive financial, operations and banking experience
in achieving their business objectives. Dan is the former mayor of the city of
Chico and is involved with many nonprofit organizations throughout the
community. Dan and his wife, Kathy, married after graduating from California
State University, Chico. They have three children. |

Dan Crozier - Vice President of Sheraton Real Estate
Management
Prior to becoming Vice President of Sheraton Real Estate
Management, Dan Crozier was technical director for Technology Services at
California State University, Chico. He managed the development of the Customer
Services and Support desk, the network and telecommunications department, and
implemented Northern California’s first Internet Service Provider Service and
the K-12 Education Network. Dan has also been a consultant for K-12 grades in
Northern California, from Monterey to the Northern California border, where he
has partnered with all levels of education in developing their technology plans
and business processes.
Dan is also President of Sheraton
Services, Inc., a real estate maintenance company. He has extensive experience
in management, customer service and business processes. He has developed an
excellent team of specialized service technicians since his arrival in 2003. Dan
and his wife, Ruthie, have two boys, Josh and Tyler.
